I needed Revolution for my new puppy — vet recommended it because she had fleas and I didn't want to wait. I ordered the listing that said "for 11 lb dogs" and paid right away, thinking job done. Turns out, the company only ships if you pick by kilograms, not pounds. Nothing on the product page mentioned kilograms; it literally listed pounds. They took my money and then... silence. I called a couple times, got one automated message saying they couldn't take my call, then eventually someone answered and was polite enough, but by then I had to figure out why the order was stuck. The whole runaround felt lazy — no heads-up email, no "hey, wrong units" note. If they had messaged me it would have been fine. So yeah, product may be fine but ordering process and communication need work. Made something urgent unnecessarily stressful.
