Productcame in about two weeks from overseas, well packaged. I tried to reason with myself about giving it to my dog, but the doubt never really went away, so I decided not to use it. If you’re just buying non-medicated gear from them I think you’ll be okay, but for any meds that require vet oversight I wouldn’t risk it. So, not perfect — customer service needs work and the prescription issue is worrying — but the delivery and price were decent. I still wouldn’t recommend using this for prescription-only stuff.
