Sketchy checkout, glad I bailed
Sketchy checkout, glad I bailed
CheckoutHonestly, I wouldn't trust them — but I'm oddly relieved I walked away. I found the site through a targeted ad and, after ordering, got a verification email asking me to phone. On the call they claimed a UK base yet said the goods would ship from Singapore, which set off alarm bells — felt like a low-budget spy flick. Then they emailed asking for a signature plus scans of my credit card (front and back) and my photo ID — stuff they absolutely don't need. When I pushed back they started changing their story and downplaying the docs, which only made it worse. I refused to send anything, cancelled my order and tipped off a friend and the authorities. Feels bad, but safer this way.
Sketchy site, bank saved me

Overalldon't give them your card — I'm kinda relieved my bank reversed the charge. I ordered, they sent one tracking number after another that didn't work, like three junk USPS numbers. They say they're in the UK but the person I spoke to had an Indian accent and my bank still charged a foreign fee, so that felt off. They never used my vet's info to send a prescription like they said they would. I had to call, email and push the company, and after threats they said they'd refund — probably would have dragged on. My advice: save your receipts, contact your bank ASAP and avoid this place. Glad it ended okay, but I won't risk it again.
Dodgy unit mix-up

CommunicationI needed Revolution for my new puppy — vet recommended it because she had fleas and I didn't want to wait. I ordered the listing that said "for 11 lb dogs" and paid right away, thinking job done. Turns out, the company only ships if you pick by kilograms, not pounds. Nothing on the product page mentioned kilograms; it literally listed pounds. They took my money and then... silence. I called a couple times, got one automated message saying they couldn't take my call, then eventually someone answered and was polite enough, but by then I had to figure out why the order was stuck. The whole runaround felt lazy — no heads-up email, no "hey, wrong units" note. If they had messaged me it would have been fine. So yeah, product may be fine but ordering process and communication need work. Made something urgent unnecessarily stressful.

ServiceI spotted this after a friend recommended it. First impression was messy. No confirmation email, but order status showed "shipped" with no tracking. A week went by. No calls, no package. Then I got an automated refund because they couldn't verify me as a first-time buyer — apparently they tried to call. I never saw that message. The turning point came when I phoned support. A real person dug in, apologized, explained what happened and arranged to resend the meds same day with a small discount. They later sent tracking info. Package arrived two days later. I'm relieved and grateful it got sorted and I even told my neighbour about it. Not perfect, but it worked out.
Sketchy meds deal

Productcame in about two weeks from overseas, well packaged. I tried to reason with myself about giving it to my dog, but the doubt never really went away, so I decided not to use it. If you’re just buying non-medicated gear from them I think you’ll be okay, but for any meds that require vet oversight I wouldn’t risk it. So, not perfect — customer service needs work and the prescription issue is worrying — but the delivery and price were decent. I still wouldn’t recommend using this for prescription-only stuff.
