ServiceWe were halfway through the install and pretty stuck. I'm a volunteer helping an older neighbour set up software, so it felt a bit tense. Sending screenshots failed, phone support wasn't much help, but Garry on chat stepped in and activated it from his side. It's working now for email, video calls and paying bills — daily stuff. I was relieved. The setup could be smoother, but the person on chat made the difference.

ServiceI’m satisfied — first morning with my new PC I just wanted Office to work, and it did. I bought a Professional key; price looked right and checkout was quick. During activation Microsoft flagged it and asked me to call, but the chat on PSSales Online handled the MS codes and sorted authorization after a bit of back-and-forth. Not flawless — a slightly messy activation step — but service fixed it so I could install it. I’ve used them a couple of times before.
