ServiceMy experience buying an iron-on patch from that company was really disappointing. At first, the website was super confusing with all the different patch options, but I thought the iron-on one would be a patch. But when I got my order, it wasn't what I thought it would be. I tried to get help from customer service to fix it, but they weren't very helpful and kind of brushed me off. They did end up taking out the confusing choices from the website, but it was too late. In the end, I wasn't happy with the service I got.
