I had a problem with a product I bought, so I tried to contact the company three times for help, but they didn't get back to me. I even double-checked my contact info and sent myself an email to make sure everything was all good. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service - definitely no "no regrets" here. I felt annoyed and let down by the lack of support. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest looking at other places. Lots of other companies have similar stuff and better customer service.

The customer support at this company is seriously lacking, eh? I sent a bunch of emails with questions about my order and didn't hear back for weeks. I had to open a case with PayPal just to get my refund, for real. The lack of communication and updates about my product shipping was so frustrating. It was like dealing with a company from far away instead of a local business, you know what I mean?

I really loved that black tank top I got from you guys, it's great for just chilling at home or going to the gym. But, I gotta say, I was a bit let down by the white tank top cause it was crazy see-through. But hey, your customer service team was amazing! They gave me a quick refund for the white tank top, and get this - I didn't even have to send it back! Now that's what I call awesome service. Keep it up!
