CommunicationI bought some socks from this company because I really liked the quality of their stuff that I got from another store. But, when I ordered from their website, it was a total letdown. I waited for two months and didn't hear anything about my order, then out of nowhere it got cancelled with no reason why. The lack of communication and the random cancellation left me feeling annoyed and not happy with their customer service. So, I won't be buying from them again.
