CommunicationI asked for a catalog to be sent to me from their website, but all I got was a bunch of promotional emails. I tried to contact customer service using their feedback form to talk about this problem, but I couldn't because the re-captcha kept messing up. It's frustrating to see a company focus more on sending spam than giving customers what they asked for. I can't say anything about their products since I still haven't gotten the catalog I wanted, but from this situation alone, I'm not too impressed.
