ProductI was surprised at first. A friend warned me off because of bad Trustpilot scores. I kept ordering anyway. Over the past year I’ve bought a bunch of skincare and make-up from them. The items feel fresh. Creams absorb cleanly, no weird residue. Packaging is simple and sturdy, not flimsy. Most products have long expiry dates, which I check every time. Prices are better than the UK shops I used to use, so I buy more here. I trust them more than the smaller marketplaces like Stylevana or YesStyle — part of it is that they’re a huge Korean retailer. Delivery comes by DHL almost always. Usually six to nine days. No drama. Customer support has been fine on the rare occasion I needed them.
