I recently bought some custom engraved jewelry from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my order overall. It did take a bit longer to get to me, probably because of the custom engraving. The only small issue I ran into was that the ring on one of the necklace closures is too small, so it's kinda tricky to fasten. I end up having to turn the necklace around to find it, which can be a hassle. Also, one of the bracelets didn't look as nice as I thought it would for the price, but besides that, I'm satisfied with everything else I got.

The customer service and shopping experience was amazing at the store, but I was kinda let down by the earrings I bought. The posts weren't great for wearing them all day, so they were uncomfortable. I think it would be great if they upgraded the posts to silver or gold for a more sturdy and comfy experience. Overall, though, I really liked how the earrings looked, the packaging was nice, and the delivery was fast.
