Had such a frustrating time dealing with their return policy! They wouldn't let me return the product since I had already tried it out.

I bought these three highlight and contour sticks from this brand, eh, and honestly, they were a total waste of money, eh. The colors didn't look good on me, the quality was low, and the sticks felt cheap and sticky on my skin, eh. On top of that, the product easily came off, even when I used setting spray, eh. When I asked for a refund, they said no refunds if the product is opened. How are we supposed to know if it's good if we can't try it, eh? Altogether, I was really let down by this purchase and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, eh.

I just bought a lip balm and face oil from this company. I was a bit wary at first because they make you pay for shipping both ways if you want to return the product, which means you're out 20 bucks if you don't want to keep it. It's something to consider before you make a purchase. The lip balm itself felt great and kept my lips moisturized all day. But, the face oil left my skin feeling oily, which I didn't like. In general, the products were pretty good quality, but their return policy gave me some doubts about buying from them again.
