CommunicationI ordered that matte liquid lipstick in "Mocha" but it hasn't shown up yet. The customer service team has been pretty useless in fixing this problem. I tried contacting them a bunch of times but they haven't given me a good solution. Their lack of communication and help has been super annoying and disappointing. I thought a company like this would have better service.
