Returns & RefundsThis product costs way too much for what you actually get. I got a notification saying my subscription was renewed but it hasn't been shipped out yet. So, I called customer service to cancel and get a refund, but they refused, even though it had only been an hour since I got the notification. That's not cool!

Returns & RefundsI never wanted this whole recurring purchase situation, but they still went ahead and charged my card! I tried to cancel on the same day, and they only offered me half credit. But I wasn't interested in that, I just wanted my money back. They made me wait to get the package and now I have to send it back just to get a refund, so inconvenient! And now, after a whole week, the package hasn't even budged according to the tracking number they gave me. Not cool, not cool at all.
