Returns & RefundsI sent something back to Natori about five weeks ago and the tracking number shows they got it. But I still haven't gotten my money back. I contacted their customer service team two weeks ago, but I haven't heard back from them. Even after following up twice, they haven't helped me out. So, I had to go to my bank and file a purchase protection claim to get my refund on my credit card.

Returns & RefundsOh man, what a disaster. I ordered this dressing gown and it seriously took ages to show up. And when it finally did, it was totally not what I was hoping for - the fabric and color were way off. So I sent it back right away and boom, hit with a $9 fee on top of it all. Such a total waste of my time and money, for sure not worth it.
