I half-laughed when I opened the package — wrong colour, wrong model, not even close. I packed it back up and shipped it off, fine, mistakes happen. The annoying part was that the replacement I wanted is now sold out, so there’s no way to get what I actually ordered. Customer service did reply, quickly-ish, but their tone felt oddly formal and a bit defensive (they asked me to "keep the tone respectful" which felt unnecessary — I wasn’t rude). On the bright side they promised a refund once they receive the return and that part seems straightforward; that surprised me, honestly, because sometimes that drags on. Also, packing was surprisingly neat. Not a dealbreaker really. Overall the delivery/process was sloppy and the messaging left me cold, so I won’t be buying from them again. If you’re thinking of ordering, double-check what they ship and maybe snap photos before sending things back — and be ready to chase the refund if it matters to you.
