The product itself is great, it's really helped my hair health. But man, the company's subscription system is frustrating me. You gotta commit to at least two rounds of the product before you can cancel, which is kinda misleading. The biggest problem for me is the website's user interface. There's no option for us customers to update our address or payment info on our accounts. I'm in the middle of moving and I've been trying to change my address for almost a month now with no luck. The customer service team hasn't been much help either, I can't seem to reach anyone who can help me with my simple request. It's really disappointing that such a great product is being brought down by such bad customer service and website features.
