ServiceEven though I used that hair product for a few months, my hair didn't get any better. I was let down that I didn't see any changes despite spending money on it. But, I was thankful for the help I got from customer service when I had to cancel my subscription. It's not often you find a company that makes canceling subscriptions simple, so I really value how quick and helpful the customer service team was in this situation.
