Good pieces, shaky sizing
Good pieces, shaky sizing
ProductOverall the clothes are worth checking out, but sizing is unreliable and that matters. I'm saying this after wearing a few pieces for work and weekends — t‑shirts, a pair of trousers I wanted for everyday wear, and a light jacket. The tees have been fine, the jacket's been handy, but the trousers labelled 32 fit like they were built for someone much larger; I had to exchange — felt like I could swim in them, and that surprised me. On the plus side their exchange/return flow is simple and actually quick, no long emails, and deliveries arrive fast. I browse the site regularly and will keep buying, just double-check measurements and expect to swap sizes sometimes. Small things to fix, otherwise decent.
Sleek but practical vest

ProductOn my bike this morning I tossed the black zipper vest over a hoodie and it behaved — not floppy, decent weight, sits nicely over a jacket. The fabric is a matte finish that doesn't scream designer but feels solid, and the zipper is smooth. The back strap is open so it breathes in summer, though that makes it less warm on windy days. Stitching looks clean; I’d have liked a small inner pocket but that's me being picky. It’s become my go-to for quick errands and layering, looks good with tees or long sleeves. Overall happy, will keep wearing it.
That was a red flag, eh

TrackingI wouldn’t order from them again — felt like I got ghosted and sort of hustled. I actually ordered on 01/26/26 (order M3120083) and at first I was mildly excited, but the site asking for partial ID and my full address made me pause. Tracking showed OnTrac and then nothing useful — status kept flipping from “arrives 02/01/26” to “arrives 02/02/26” to “please contact sender,” day after day until 02/05/26. I tried to return it and all I got was silence and a single tracking notice. It’s annoying, felt scammy, not a great experience — buyer beware, seriously.
Odd cancellation and partial refund
Odd cancellation and partial refund
Returns & RefundsI ordered this on a Monday for a last-minute birthday gift and at first the site felt fine — checkout was quick and my card went through right away, which I actually liked. Then a couple hours later I got an email saying the order was cancelled, no reason given, and they'd refund me but not the full amount. I emailed back and got an automated reply that didn't answer anything (just boilerplate). I even tried the phone number listed and the call couldn't be completed — sounded disconnected. So no product, no explanation, and not the full refund. Kind of disappointing, and now I'm a bit worried about my card. Oddly, the site looked professional, so that made the whole thing more jarring. Won't risk ordering here again.
Worth it, eventually

Returns & Refundsnice cut, colour holds up, he wears them all the time. Returns were messy though — I emailed several times for a return label and it took way longer than it should before they accepted the package. I dropped the parcel and have delivery proof from February, but the refund didn’t show up until months later after more follow-ups than I wanted. When the refund finally posted, relief and genuine satisfaction. Not perfect service, but the clothes do what I needed for daily wear. I’ll cautiously order again, just be ready to chase customer service.
Pants, paper chase and a small win
Pants, paper chase and a small win
Returns & Refundsthey emailed back and forth, asked for ID and bills by message, then answered late. Time sink for sure. The actual pants did show up eventually and, weirdly, the material and the pockets are fine — I kind of liked that part, so I’m glad for that. Fit was another story; the size chart lied, I sized down once, still roomy. I tried to swap again but the only option pushed at me was a refund, which I still don’t have. So yeah, annoyed about service and the wait, but not a total loss since the pants are usable. My tip: if you try them, brace for the paperwork and maybe call them early — push for a clear exchange option. I’d buy again only if they sort out the customer support and refunds, otherwise I’ll be more careful next time.

Productif you buy, double-check measurements and keep an eye on your card. I probably won’t shop here again.
