My piercing experience was so awesome with Jayde, eh. I was kinda nervous, but she was really chill and nice, ya know. The jewelry she had was so unique and cool, I loved it, eh.

I just bought a necklace from this store and let me tell you, the service was amazing. Eilis and Jayde, the staff, were so helpful and knowledgable. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect piece. The quality of the jewelry is excellent and I'm so happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be back for more jewelry in the future.

These earrings are seriously amazing! They feel so fancy because they're a bit heavier, making them seem like a high-quality item. The design works really well, just one of the earrings had a little problem. The clasp wasn't quite straight, so it didn't close as securely as I hoped. But, I called customer service and they fixed it right up. They were really nice and quick to help me out. Big props to the company for not only making great stuff but also for having such awesome customer service!

So I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to respond! They swapped it out for a new one and now everything is fine.
