Returns & RefundsI picked up these really cool hoop earrings at this store last year, and they were awesome! But then, they ended up breaking after just a month, which was a total bummer. However, the other items I bought, like a necklace and some more earrings, were really nice. So, I ended up going back for more stuff later on. However, when I asked for a replacement for the broken earring, they told me to go back to the store, and I was like, seriously?! Not cool, dude.

Returns & RefundsEh, so I got these two bracelets from a super popular jewelry company back in December, you know? One of them wasn't really my thing, so I figured I'd return it and get my money back. Finally, by the end of January, they get back to me saying they can't find the item! Like, seriously? They didn't even bother showing me any proof or nothing, just told me to look around my place. It's not even about the cash, it's just super disappointing and annoying. I won't be telling my friends to check out this brand anymore, that's for sure.
