Bit of a surprise — it actually works well for tracking our dog, I was sceptical at first. I spotted it on a pet forum and told my sister. Support was slow but helped in the end, so we're keeping it.

15€ without contract or 8€ for two years. That was an annoying surprise since the setup video never mentions it. I'd use it, but be warned, seriously — just be aware.

It works for daily use, though. Not a disaster, just... not flawless.

quick answers, practical temporary fixes and finally a proper fix just recently. They were polite, too. I’ve had worse service elsewhere, so this felt like a relief. Still, the price could be lower.

some screens let you pick English, others stubbornly stay in Swedish for me, which is annoying because my Swedish is basically non-existent. I use it on an Android and an iPhone; the iPhone version doesn’t show a back button in the app, so if I open the location history I’m kind of stuck there — even closing the app and reopening leaves it on that page. No clear user guide either, I couldn’t find one. On the plus side the live location was actually pretty accurate, which surprised me.

double-check proof, insist on live demo or serial-numbered specs. If you need reliable tracking gear, this one felt more like it was tracking my optimism than my asset. Slightly bitter, somewhat amused, and definitely telling others to be careful.
