CommunicationI recently tried using Midland for shipping some LTL freight, and to be honest, I wasn't too impressed with how things went. The whole ordering process was a bit confusing, and I had to contact customer service several times just to get things straightened out. The service itself was okay, but there were delays in communication and they didn't really follow through on some of the things they promised. The prices were competitive, but I didn't think the level of service matched what I was paying for. The delivery also took longer than I had expected, which caused some problems for my business. All in all, I wasn't too happy with how things went and I'll probably try using a different transportation option next time.
