I recently ordered a suit online and was sent a pair of trousers that didn't match. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful and ended up sending me a replacement that I didn't even want. Now I'm still waiting for a refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store altogether.

I just ordered a jacket from this store and they messed up by sending me the wrong one - twice! It was so annoying having to return the items and on top of that, they wouldn't even pay for the return shipping. Their customer service was pretty bad and it felt like they didn't care about their customers' time or money. After seeing other negative reviews, I've decided not to buy anything from them again.

Just found out, eh, that even though the website claims there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee, they won't take returns unless they sent the wrong item. How fair is that, eh? Also, the confirmation email clearly lays out this policy, so it's not like they're trying to hide it, eh. I had to call twice to cancel my order because they ignored me the first time, eh. Definitely feels like a scam to me, eh!
