I recently bought two men's suits from your store and I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone. I ended up getting only one suit instead of the two I ordered. I tried reaching out to your customer service team, but I haven't gotten a solution that satisfies me. I was told the material for the suit I picked had a flaw and couldn't be sent, so I chose another one as instructed, but I never got a follow-up. I've been trying to get in touch via email, but I haven't heard back in months.

I recently bought this big ol' sports coat from this company, and let me tell ya, it was not a good time. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, but they sent it regular ground shipping instead. When I finally got the coat, it was way too big - like three sizes too big! So not cool. Trying to fix this mess has been a nightmare. Customer service is MIA, no one is getting back to me about my problems. And don't even get me started on the returns department - they've been ghosting me too. This whole situation has been a huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys to anyone.

I just bought two blazers, shoes, and a suit from this store. I chose overnight shipping because I needed them quickly. But only one blazer arrived overnight, and when I called to ask about the rest, they said they were out of stock and would come later from other places. It was frustrating not knowing this before. I suggest not shopping here online and finding somewhere more reliable.
