Returns & RefundsSo, I bought something from this company, and man, was I ever let down. I saw the product I wanted on their website and it even said so on my invoice. But when the package came, it was totally the wrong item. Like, seriously? I needed that thing right away, so you can imagine how annoyed I was. But to their credit, they wasted no time giving me a full refund, just like I asked. And they didn't even tell me to send back the wrong thing.
