I'm not happy with the medical supplies I bought from your website. The colour of one item was wrong and the other one was too small. When I contacted customer service, they said they had to talk to the manufacturer before fixing the problem. But that doesn't work for me because I bought the stuff from you, not the manufacturer. I think your company should make sure I'm happy with what I bought.

My experience with Medex Supply was really disappointing. I bought a pack of surgical gloves, but the ones I got were defective.
