This supplier is really great when it comes to getting my orders to me quickly and accurately. Every time I order something, it comes on time and is always right. And the packaging is secure, so I never have to worry about anything being damaged. I've never had to deal with customer service because everything has been perfect, but based on my experience, I'm sure they would take care of any issues right away. Overall, a super reliable supplier that I'll definitely keep using.

My recent purchase of EKG paper from this company was a total letdown. I was expecting it to arrive in 2 days, but it took a whole week to even ship out. This delay made it impossible for me to do any EKGs in my office, which was really annoying and frustrating. Even after I complained and they said they'd speed up the shipping and deliver it the next day, it still hasn't shown up, and they didn't give me a tracking number.

I got the Kangaroo feeding bags I ordered and they were in stock. The price was great and the shipping to Canada was quick. They even gave me a tracking number so I could see exactly where my package was at all times. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition.
