Deliveryskip these folks. I waited almost a month for four pairs of sneakers I wanted for my daily walks and gym runs, and got told they’d been left with a neighbour — but the delivery photo clearly shows the box sitting on the stoop. Weirdly, the package looked okay in the pic so that was oddly reassuring, but customer support was curt, blamed me and couldn't help; I gave up.

Returns & RefundsI sent them back right away for a mark, then got told no refund and basically accused of lying; they even wanted £7.99 to post them back to me. I had to get my bank involved before I actually saw a refund. Not slick, but the shoes themselves are usable.
