After having the Universal Smartphone Mount, Pro Version, Black for about a year, the locking system of the clamp broke. I contacted the company while it was still under warranty, and in a few days, they checked the damage and sent me a new piece right away. They were really fast and polite, and were there to assist with fixing the problem. Thanks a lot.

When the part arrived, I had no issues putting it on and now my tripod is good as new.
