CommunicationI contacted Manfrotto about a problem with my pricey camera gear, but I didn't hear back from them at all. I'm really not impressed with this, especially since I've spent a lot of money on their stuff. I've been buying from them for years, but lately I've been noticing a drop in the quality of their products. It's disappointing to see a brand that I used to trust let me down like this.
