OverallI gotta say, I was not impressed at all with my time at Los Angeles Trading. The whole process of ordering was a total mess - the website was hard to use and I had to work hard just to buy something simple. And the prices were way too high for what you got, felt like I was getting ripped off. And let me tell you, the customer service was awful. When I asked about my order, they were so rude and not helpful at all. Seems like all they care about is making money, not making customers happy. And on top of all that, my tote bag took forever to show up. I could have flown to LA and back in the time it took! Definitely not recommending Los Angeles Trading to anyone who wants an easy shopping experience.
