CommunicationI was half unpacking after a move when the mattress arrived — perfect timing, I needed something for my sore back. Delivery was on time and the item itself is fine, honestly it helped my back a bit, so I'm pleased. But the customer service around privacy has been a mess. Months after I asked to opt out of marketing they kept texting, I told them, they confirmed they'd unsubscribed, then more texts. It's annoying and makes me wonder how they handle other data stuff, not cool with GDPR expectations. I did call once — no real follow-up. I'd be happier if they actually respected opt-outs.
