ServiceThe customer service was so bad, eh! They said my shirt was sent out, but they didn't give me a tracking number. It made me wonder if they were telling the truth, you know? They didn't take any responsibility and just tried to offer me discounts for next time. I wasn't happy about that at all. I'm not sure if my order is even on its way or if I'll ever get the shirt I bought. I'm glad I used PayPal to pay, though. It might help me get my money back if I need to ask for a refund.

ServiceI just had to cancel an online order and got in touch with customer service for help. I talked to Anthony, who was super helpful. He really listened to my concerns and went out of his way to help me out. He quickly processed my refund without any issues. It was so nice to get such good customer service and feel like my business mattered. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with this company because of the great service Anthony provided.

ServiceI bought something from the store the other day, but when it got here, it was broken. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to respond and say they understood. But since then, they haven't kept in touch like they said they would. I've tried getting ahold of them a few times now to ask what's next, but I haven't heard back from them.
