Gifted shirt - sizing issue
Gifted shirt - sizing issue
Returns & RefundsThe customer service experience I had with this company was just terrible. I got a shirt as a gift, brand new with tags, but it was the wrong size. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no luck in exchanging it or getting a gift card. They only offer was to send it back for a refund to the person who bought it, which was not what I wanted at all. Seemed like a pretty silly policy not to have any other options for a simple size problem.
