Happy overall — they fixed a mistake fast. I preordered shoes here last year and got regular updates, which I liked. Wrong size arrived, ok, I emailed and they apologised and shipped the right pair right away, even let me switch the colour mid-exchange. I’ve had worse from other shops, so this was a nice surprise, and not overpriced either, I guess.

tracking updates were sparse so I was a bit nervous until it turned up, and I can see how folks mix up pre-orders and in-stock items. Still, I'd use them again.

Wore it to a coffee shop and someone actually asked where I got it — cute moment. I love the design; my mom bought it for me at Christmas and it’s been my go-to pretty much every day. After about seven months the silver is turning gold in patches (especially near the clasp) which kind of annoyed me — I take it off to shower, avoid rain, try not to sweat on it, so I don’t get why. Weirdly it still gets compliments, so go figure. If you care about lasting silver, maybe ask about the plating or touch base with support.
