ServiceI just bought a pair of climbing shoes from this store and they got wrecked in just 2 months! So disappointed with the quality, I contacted their customer support for help. I told them what happened and asked if they could speed up the repair because I had an outdoor climbing trip coming up. But the person on the line just didn't seem to get how urgent it was for me. They said the shoes would be repaired and didn't offer any real solutions. Their lack of understanding and help got me really annoyed and let down, and now they've lost me as a customer.
