Hiking boots

Product

I just had the worst experience with this online store that said they have top-notch outdoor gear. I went ahead and bought a pair of hiking boots, but what did I get instead? A low-quality baseball cap that's a total knock-off. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no luck - they just won't fix it. Stay away from this website, folks. Clearly, they're up to no good. And be careful with any online stores promising real stuff on the cheap - could be a total scam, eh.

Pair of Blue Running Shoes

Product

I bought these really awesome blue running shoes, and man, they were so comfy! But now, after just 2 weeks, the glue is already starting to come off! I'm super upset because I was loving these shoes, but now I'm scared they're gonna fall apart on me. I used to work in this store that sells outdoor gear, and I gotta say, I've never seen such poor quality. I even reached out to customer support with emails, but of course, never got a response! I've decided that I'm never going to buy anything from them ever again!

Pair of shoes, model ultra raptor

Product

I just bought a pair of shoes from this brand, the ultra raptor model to be exact. But when they arrived, I saw that the sole of the right shoe was all messed up and unusable. It was so bad that it could make you twist your ankle and get hurt. Luckily, the online shop where I got them refunded me right away. This whole thing has made me think twice about buying from this brand again, even though it's supposed to be a good one.

T4 womens GTX boots

Product

These boots were such a disappointment, eh. I bought the T4 women's GTX boots and man, was I let down by the quality. After only a month of wearing them a few times a week, the plastic hooks for the laces broke, the laces started to wear out, and the soles got wrecked real quick. I paid good money for these boots, so I was expecting way better durability and lasting power, you know?

Boots purchase

Product

I picked up these awesome boots for hiking and climbing with my buddies. They were really cool, especially the ones with the fancy names like Boulder mid GTX, Nepal Evos, and Spantik boots! But you know, after using them for a while, they started showing signs of wear and tear pretty quickly. Not cool, man. Why can't they make them more durable? I wanted to feel like a legit mountain climber!

Climbing/bouldering shoes, running, hiking, and ski boots

Product

My experience with the products from this brand has been a bit of a roller coaster, eh. Their climbing shoes and hiking boots have been top-notch and lasted a long time. But when it comes to my running shoes, they just caused me a lot of pain after only a few wears. It was disappointing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on the ski boots. The La Sportiva Spitfire 2.1 Alpine touring boots I snagged at a discount were a huge disappointment. The buckles, straps, and liner all fell apart within the first month, making them pretty much useless on the slopes, eh. And when I reached out to the company about it, they didn't even bother getting back to me. It was pretty disheartening, to be honest.

Intermediate bouldering shoes

Product

I just picked up these climbing kicks for when I'm bouldering at an intermediate level. Gotta say, they fit like a glove, giving me the grip and security I need as I climb. If you're around the V7+ level, these shoes are a solid choice. But if you're a more advanced climber, you might want to look for something a bit more sensitive and pointier to really step up your game.

Two pairs of climbing shoes

Product

As someone who has climbed for a while now, I've tested out a bunch of climbing shoes. Gotta say, the two pairs I got from this place were seriously top-notch. The first pair? Perfect for smearing, toe hooking, and heel hooking. They lasted me more than two years of regular climbing, both inside and out. The second pair wasn't the best for gym climbing, but man, they really shone outside on those smaller footholds. All in all, I'm happy with both pairs and would totally suggest them to other climbers looking for quality kicks.

Rock climbing shoes

Product

I've been a loyal customer of the company for years now and I've tried out a bunch of their products, like their mountaineering boots and rock climbing shoes. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their stuff. Those mountaineering boots kept my feet nice and toasty during some cold trips in Scotland, plus they were really comfy and practical. But, I did notice that their customer service could be a bit better, which is why I docked them a star. Despite that, I still think their products are top-notch and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who loves the outdoors.

Expensive faulty shoes

Product

My recent purchase from this brand was a total disaster, eh. The shoes I bought totally fell apart after just a few weeks of wear, I tell ya. The sole broke, and the overall quality was really disappointing, eh. For the price I shelled out, I was expecting much better durability and craftsmanship, I mean, come on. On top of all that, the customer service was no help at all, and now I'm feeling frustrated and like I got ripped off, eh. You can bet your toque I won't be buying from this brand again, that's for sure.

Trail shoes purchase

Product

I bought a pair of trail shoes online not too long ago. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the shoes had a defect that made it really uncomfortable. I had to go through the hassle of returning them, but the exchange went smoothly and quickly. However, when I received the new pair, I was disappointed to see that both shoes had poor quality. There was a noticeable line of glue around the soles that looked like it was applied poorly, showing that the quality control wasn't great. I'm worried that the soles might start falling off sooner rather than later. All in all, I was not happy with the product quality and won't be buying from this brand again.
