Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of shoes from this company, but it didn't go well. First off, I had to pay for the return shipping, which was an extra cost on top of the already pricey shoes. Even though I hadn't worn the shoes and they still had the tags on, I was told six months later that they were used and I'd only be getting a partial refund after import taxes. It was super annoying and dishonest of the company to do that. In the end, I only got back a small portion of what I originally paid. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because of their shady return policy.

Returns & RefundsBuying from this company was a complete nightmare. The shoes were much smaller than the size they said they were, and the customer service was just awful. They didn't mention the extra duty charges for UK delivery, and when I tried to return the shoes, it was a disaster. I sent them back on June 16th and now it's July 10th, and I'm still waiting for my refund because the shoes are stuck in customs in Italy. And now, I have to deal with a ridiculous duty charge from FedEx. It's just not right.
