I ordered two things last June 2021 but they never showed up. I had no idea what was going on with my order until I asked about it and found out it got lost. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were no help and just confused me even more. Every time I asked for a refund, they tried to give me replacements or different items instead. Couldn't get through to them at all. When I finally asked for my money back, they said I missed the deadline. I've been trying to email them but just keep getting the same generic response that doesn't even answer my questions. It's been frustrating dealing with this nonsense for the past two years. I hoped they would fix things but they just keep being unhelpful and don't make any sense.

I bought a dress and sandals from this company not long ago. Unfortunately, the delivery folks just left the package at the entrance of my building and I never got it. The customer service was really not good because they said it was delivered fine and told me to contact the police. I had to take the matter higher up because they have to either give me my money back or send me new stuff when there are issues with deliveries. The customer service was so bad - they took forever to respond, kept asking for the same info, and didn't seem to know what they had to do.

I made a mistake ordering from this website and it's been a total nightmare. I've been waiting for my package for 2 months, dealing with unhelpful customer service reps who couldn't even get my address right. Turns out, my package ended up in a whole different province! And now they want me to pay extra for shipping to get a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I'm not gonna let it slide. Don't bother ordering from this site, it's not worth the stress and aggravation.
