CommunicationI booked tickets for a weekend outing to Siam Park — something we do to get the kids out — and it almost went sideways. Paid over £600, got no receipt or confirmation, so I had to email them a few times. The tickets finally showed up digitally on the day but weren’t valid at the gate. Only because park staff called Attractiontix did we finally get sorted after a long, stressful wait. Relief in the end, but I’m skeptical and won’t use them again.
