Returns & RefundsI first saw the cabana deal on AttractionTix after a friend tipped me. I paid for one for a family birthday and next day got a confirmation. Two days later an email arrived saying Siam Park had no cabanas left for July. I was annoyed. I wrote a complaint and waited. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the refund hit my account and the follow‑up email laid out the refund and a voucher option. It fixed the money side. Still, they were selling dates the park didn't have and communication was slow. Works in the end, but not smooth.
