This has been the absolute worst experience. I bought a really cute sweatshirt and a delicious candle from this place, but I still haven't received it! It feels like I've been waiting for ages since I placed the order, like it's been forever. I've sent them three emails and they haven't even bothered to respond. I even tried reaching out to them on social media, but no luck! My partner also bought me some things from there, and guess what? We're both just here waiting like a couple of sad ducks. All I wanted was to wear my comfy sweatshirt and enjoy my candle, but nope, still waiting. Ugh, this is seriously the worst.
