Jenson is honestly the best company I've ever dealt with. Their sales and returns system is like a breath of fresh air compared to the frustrating rules of other companies. I can say for sure that they're killing it in both online and offline sales. Thanks a lot, Jenson!

I really like all the different stuff you guys have at the store and I've been a loyal customer for a while now. But the other day, I bought a pair of shorts that were supposed to be my size and when I tried them on, they were way too tight and uncomfortable. So I thought no problem, I'll just return them. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping, which kinda sucked. Most places give free returns or exchanges for stuff that doesn't fit right, so this policy seems a bit off. I'll probably do my shopping at other stores in the future that have a better return policy for customers.
