Was halfway into zipping it up in my kitchen when I realized the fit was off — nice fabric though, bought mid-June, returned June 27, and I'm still waiting on the refund.

I actually saw this dress first on a blog and a friend nudged me to try it for my birthday, so I took the plunge. The package looked fine from the outside but when I opened it the satin was crumpled in a way I’ve never seen — like it’d been compacted and left damp. I sent photos right away and at first got a quick acknowledgement, which was promising, but after that the replies were slow and unhelpful. They suggested steaming it and that was it. Steaming helped a little, oddly — the colour and cut were what I expected, so that was a small surprise — but the deep creases stayed and it still looked damaged. I asked about a return and refund, was told the same steaming line again, then the messages just tapered off. Delivery itself wasn’t the problem speed-wise, it was the condition on arrival and the follow-up. If you care about customer service and easy returns, this was disappointing. I’ll wait to see if they actually sort the refund before I consider buying again. For now I wouldn’t risk it for an event.
