Jack Health has always been my go-to for health stuff for years, but my last order has been a real headache. It's been five weeks since they took my money, and still no sign of my order. It's annoying that they charge me before sending my stuff, unlike Amazon who waits until it's shipped.

When I was at that health store, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. I've been a customer for a long time now and I always find that the products are top-notch. But, I gotta say, the delivery times are always longer than they say. My last order took over two weeks to get here, and that's kind of a letdown since they promise delivery in 3-5 business days.
