The customer service at this company is just terrible. They can't seem to give you the right information and are always giving conflicting advice. They never reply to emails, and even signing up for automatic refills doesn't mean you'll actually get them. Dealing with this company has been so frustrating, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants reliable service.

Eh, so I've been getting my prescription refills from this place for a while now, and it was totally not cool. I mean, I hardly ever got to talk to a doctor, and when I did, it was like pulling teeth. They never replied to my messages or emails, like, ever. How rude is that, eh? It made me super worried about my health because, you know, I need my meds to stay healthy. When I tried to tell them how I felt, they didn't even care! Like, how can a healthcare provider not care about their patients, eh? It's just not right, dude. Anyway, I left them for good because I deserve better than that, for sure.

I've been having some tough side effects from this medication, but the company hasn't been much help at all, and it's been super frustrating and disappointing. I asked for help on October 13th, and they replied at first, but now they've totally ghosted me despite my efforts to reach out. As a patient dealing with serious issues, it's really discouraging to feel like they're ignoring me. It makes me wonder if this could be considered medical malpractice to ignore patients who are struggling with side effects.

I used to get really good service from this company, but it's been a whole month now and my order still hasn't been processed even though I've sent them a bunch of emails. They're not even replying to my emails anymore. I've noticed other customers in the comments saying the same thing about them renovating. I'm starting to wonder if this might be some sort of scam going on.
