The customer service team at this company was amazing! They really knew their stuff and were able to figure out what I needed right away. They gave me some great suggestions for a Bluetooth headset that would work best for me. I was impressed with how they explained all the technical details in a way that made sense to me. I was super happy with the service I got.

I picked up a Bluetooth headset a while back and it lasted me nearly 4 years. The power switch was a bit finicky near the end, but it still did the job. When it finally kicked the bucket, Jabra hooked me up with a sweet deal on a new one. All in all, I'm happy with the product and the awesome customer service from Jabra.
