I actually spotted this ring on a friend's Instagram and had to try it. The first thing I noticed was the weight — feels solid but not heavy, nice smooth edges and a subtle shine. It slips on easy and sits comfy all day, the finish looks really well done. My partner even commented. I've ordered here before and usually it's seamless. Right now I'm frustrated though. I tried to exchange one size and it's been a headache. The phone number won't connect and I couldn't find a return address. I followed their instructions and got one reply that didn't say where to send it. That part needs fixing. I'm a bit sad about this.

Ya, so I got this really awesome ring from a store, but then I decided I didn't want it anymore. And then, I found out I had to ship it all the way to the States and deal with international mail. Ugh, why does it have to be so complicated? I just wanted to return the ring, not go on some global journey!

I just bought some wide band rings for me and my daughter from the jewelry store. The designs are really amazing, modern, and unique. But, ordering them online was a bit tricky because of the sizing. It would've been nice if they gave a ring sizing kit before sending them out to avoid the hassle of sending them back and ordering again.

I contacted the company to return it, but they gave me a hard time. They wanted a video to prove the issue, even though I had already sent photos showing the problem clearly. Despite them saying they guarantee satisfaction, I felt really let down by their unwillingness to help. I'd advise others to avoid buying from this company because of their bad customer service and refusal to fix things.

I just bought a white sapphire tennis bracelet from this shop. It came pretty fast, which was nice. But when I got it, I saw that the clasp was a little loose. I got in touch with customer service, and they quickly sent me a new one. The replacement bracelet arrived this week, and it's just right. All in all, their customer service and product were great in my books.
