I recently bought some jewelry from this company and honestly, it's been a real bummer. I ordered my items weeks ago and still haven't got them. The customer service hasn't been much help, just sending me generic responses and not really good at keeping me informed. The tracking details they gave me are all over the place, and the delivery company they used is one I've never heard of, so I can't even track my package properly. I'm really let down by this whole thing and I'd warn others not to buy from this company.

I'm really disappointed to say that my experience with the company has been pretty bad. I never got my order from Italo Jewelry even though they said it was delivered. The customer service was not great when I tried to fix the problem. Overall, it's been super frustrating and disappointing.

I was kinda freaking out at first because it took like a whole month for my package to finally show up. The last notice I got was on November 27th saying it was at the delivery company. After I sent a pretty harsh email, all of a sudden it said "out for delivery", but the date didn't budge. Eventually, it did arrive, but it felt like it took forever. Just a heads up, it might be around 3 weeks before your order gets to you.
