So, I was really pumped to try out my new paddleboard, but I hit a snag when I discovered a part that wasn't working right. I was feeling pretty disappointed, but when I contacted the company, they were really responsive and eager to fix the issue. They were super friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. It's rare to come across a company that genuinely values their customers' satisfaction. It was a great experience!

My paddleboard sprung a leak and I was so bummed out. But then, the lady from customer service got in touch with me in just a day and now I'm getting a brand new one! They are amazing and I'm really grateful for their assistance. I'm looking forward to hitting the water again for some paddleboarding soon!

I got the Nautical 10’6” SUP and I'm super happy with it! The board is perfect and gives me good stability, even though I'm 5'11". I've been using it all summer and loving it. The customer service has been awesome too. When my pump hose broke, they quickly sent me a new one, even though I couldn't find it on the website.

I just got my second stand-up paddleboard bundle and I was so happy with it, just like I was with my first one.
