Customer service was amazing, especially when I had trouble with one of the clips on the backpack. Kyla from customer service helped me out quickly and fixed the issue without any trouble. The price was fair for the great product I got. Delivery was fast, and tracking made it easy to follow the shipment. I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this company to others.
